Grace Construction Products offers a variety of waterproofing products. The Vycor® Plus helps to prevent leaks and water damage around windows, doors and other many other non-roof related areas. Grace also has many underlayments that will help protect your roof deck from leaks caused from wind driven rain and ice dams. All of the Grace products are made for easy installation and for superior protection against leaks.

Self-Adhered Flashing

Grace Vycor® Plus now is available with RIPCORD®. When the RIPCORD® is pulled you can either peel away half the liner or all of the liner, making installation even easier.
  • Vycor® Plus is easy to install, just peel away the liner and press into the substrate.
  • The membrane provides long lasting waterproofing protection because of the strong bond to the substrate.
  • The rubberized asphalt seals around the nails protecting against water damage.
  • Grace Vycor® Plus is flexible and will adjust to settlement or shrinkage movement.
  • It can be applied around windows and doors.
  • There are markings ever 6 in. for the installation procedure.

Grace Tri-Flex 30®
High Performance Roofing Underlayment
Tri-Flex 30® doesn't tear or rip like other felts.
  • Grace Tri-Flex underlayment is easier to install then felt and performs better too.
  • It's lighter and covers a larger area (a 10sq roll weighs only 30 lbs.)
  • Even in high winds Tri-Flex will not tear away from the nails.
  • When you have to dry in your roof you can leave Tri-Flex 30® exposed for up to 6 months.
  • It won't rot or dry out in high temperatures.
  • It won't crack in low temperatures.
  • When you lay Tri-Flex 30® it stays flat and in place.
  • Tri-Flex 30 is slip resistant.

Plastic Split Release Liner
  • Has a granular surface and is a self-adhering underlayment that works great for sloped roofs and helps protect against damage from wind driven rains and ice dams.
  • The membrane has a UL Class A fire classification for laying under fiberglass shingles.
  • Easy to apply.
  • Can be used as a vapor barrier.
  • Has a slip resistant surface.
  • Easy to reposition.
  • The adhesive on the back is protected by a plastic split release liner.

Grace Ice & Water Shield®
Self-Adhered Roofing Underlayment For Premium Roof Leak Protection


Grace Ice & Water Shield® example of how Rubberized Asphalt Seals around the nails.
  • Easy to apply because of the self adhesive membrane that bonds to roof deck without heat or additional adhesives.
  • The rubberized asphalt layer seals around the roofing nails to protect against leaking created by ice dams or wind driven rain.
  • Two forms of waterproofing are provided due to the rubberized asphalt and polyethylene layers.
  • The membrane is resistant of fungus and bacteria and will not crack, dry out or rot.
  • For the safety of the applicators Grace Ice & Water Shield's surface has an embossed surface to prevent slipping.

Grace Select
Self-Adhered Roofing Underlayment for General Roof Leak Protection


Grace Select is equipped with the Grace RIPCORD® that lays between the underlayment and release liner. When the RIPCORD® is pulled it splits the release liner in two for easier positioning and installation.
  • Grace Select is easy to handle and apply.
  • The surface of the Grace Select is slip resistant for safety.
  • Select seals around nails to protect against ice dams and wind driven rain.
  • Handling is easier due to Select being lighter then competitive materials.
  • Grace Select will not show through other roof coverings.
