  • The Standard Plumbing Vent Flanges are "Frost Resistant" because they have a 1" air space between the vent pipe and the flange. This allows for warm air circulation.
  • Due to the telescoping design expansion & contraction of the roof there isn't any movement at the seal. There are no rubber components so there is no cracking and splitting.
  • The bases are adjustable and are made to have an exact fit to the roof.
  • You can also Decrease or Increase the Pitch of the vent.
